4.  Potential Next Step: Have a conversation with those on your team about their hopes and dreams and share your hopes and dreams as well.

5.  Potential Next Step: Ask someone for feedback but for them to filter it through your hopes and dreams. Ask, “Based on what you know I want for my life, how might I be getting in my own way?”
