1.  Where does blame tend to show up most in your life?

2.  Play the “Find Blame” game. Pick a goal you want. Now make it so big that you start having objections to it being possible. Write down those objections and ask yourself, “how could I overcome these?”

3.  Where do you tend to use the most disempowered language in your life?

4.  Potential Next Step: Write down the areas of your life that feel the most disempowered and then rewrite how you think about them using only empowered language

5.  Potential Next Step: Find someone you trust and talk about an area of your life that you relate to in a disempowered way and invite them to help you shift from disempowered to empowered.
